Refund Policy

  1. The services provided by the Company being professional in nature, the entire fee for the services provided are non-refundable.
  2. Since, Visa Processing Fee is being paid to the processing Visa Office; refund of same shall not be claimed from the Company.
  3. Taxes (if any) paid shall not be refundable.
    In case, the client has been given any discount on the fee payable to the company the same would be deducted from any amount refunded to the client.
  4. There is no refund any reason if the file goes on hold.
  5. If Client does not co-operate in filing the case with full documents required, at the visa office or embassy / high commission or any authorized party by the consulate of the respective country..
  6. No refund if the file goes on hold or gets rejected. The company shall not be liable for any delay on part of govt. authorities and foreign embassies.
  7. The case gets rejected or visa is revoked due to the furnishing of false information, misrepresentation, fraud, and failure by the client to adhere to the terms and conditions this Agreement or withholding any relevant information at any time during the processing of the application or at the time of the interview with the Visa Office.
  8. If the client is not coordinating/ giving the positive response regarding his/her case, then his/her case will be closed automatically which cannot be reopened and in such case, no request for refund will be entertained.
  9. If the client does not show up for visa interview or does not clear visa interview.
  10. Lack of medicals provided by an applicant or his family.
  11. There is no compensation if the clients fail to pass qualification credentials or educational credentials laid by the immigration authorities.
  12. In case of visa rejection/ application refusal by the embassy, the application of client will be closed from Starfish Travel Corporation without any prior notification and Starfish Travel Corporation will not be liable for any refund or services towards the candidate.
  13. If the client is not sending the original legal contract to the company within 1 week after receiving the contract then his/her case will go on hold and considered as closed. They cannot claim the refund.
  14. Our company is not responsible if the Education Credentials or standards does not qualify or match by the recognized authorized education council of the respective country.
  15. Our company is not responsible if the client provides any fraudulent documents as the process is legal.
  16. Our company is not responsible for any refund if client withdraw the case due to uncertain reasons or any personal reasons.
  17. Filing process starts after the full payment has been done and approval is received for the above mentioned T&C.

Fees and Payments:-

You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by sftc.in or by any other vendor or service provider through sftc.in. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice.

We will reimburse if the documents are lost while in our possession or while being from us using labels purchased on our site while placing order online. (If labels are issued from our account we will have a chance to investigate shall the package get lost).

Shipping:-

sftc.in uses standard courier services for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise.sftc.in uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by FedEx or another shipping company as instructed by a client. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. sftc.in is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client’s possession or in transit. sftc.in strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages in transit. sftc.in is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages. sftc.in cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.

Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. sftc.in is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client’s possession. sftc.in strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages in transit. sftc.in is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages; provided, however, subject to the below, sftc.in shall nevertheless cover up to ₹41000 of any fees a client incurs in securing a replacement passport provided the client followed sftc.in recommended shipping instructions and such client’s passport was lost regardless. sftc.in cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims. Further, subject to the below, if any client passport is lost by reason of sftc.in errors in preparing shipping labels or otherwise in coordinating shipping, sftc.in shall fully reimburse the client all fees such client incurs in securing a replacement passport. All fee requests for replacement passport reimbursement must be substantiated with documentary evidence; and sftc.in total reimbursement shall not exceed the fees paid by such Client to sftc.in for the service giving rise to the lost passport. sftc.in takes document safety seriously and, consequently, lost documents are an extremely rare occurrence.

Consulates often change their requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. In an event, shall any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate; you agree to hold sftc.in harmless. You will not hold sftc.in responsible for any and all inaccuracies or mistakes in service descriptions, prices, processing times, processing dates, and other information provided on the sftc.in website.

Service:-

Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Consular and U.S. Passport Agency officials may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline issuance of travel documents, visa, or passport without disclosing the reason for denial. Processing time for visas and passports quoted by sftc.in are approximations based on normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. sftc.in will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. sftc.in reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.

By using this site and our services you give sftc.in your express permission to contact you via email, messaging, or other electronic or non-electronic forms of communication for all purposes including distribution of marketing and promotional materials.

Security:-

By submitting registration and application forms, you certify that the information you provide is true and correct. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID (login) and password. You are responsible for all uses of your User ID (login), whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your User ID or password. Please refer to our Privacy Statement that governs submitted & distributed information.

Cancellation policy:-

If you cancel the service you may be entitled to a refund. If your passport and other supporting documents were received by sftc.in and have already been submitted by sftc.in for processing at the time of cancelation you will not receive any refund; however, if the submission has not been made at the time of cancelation you will receive a partial refund equal to the difference of any fees paid, return shipping charges, and a ₹2000 processing charge. No refunds will be giving for electronic visas.
You may cancel by using Cancel/Delete function in your account when logged in or by calling our service line. Notwithstanding the foregoing, sftc.in cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 3 months old under any circumstances. In such cases sftc.in may issue a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through sftc.in. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly.
